Gather — life-group dinner coordination
A mobile-first shared dinner board: open the link, see the theme, claim a dish, done—no corporate signup form energy.

Outcome
Shipped a lightweight coordination product for weekly gatherings; doubles as adjacent proof for ministry operations tooling.
Group texts and spreadsheet signups create duplicate dishes and invisible gaps. Gather makes the week’s meal visible in under a minute.
Participants don’t need accounts for the core flow. Leaders get clarity without becoming admins of enterprise software.
Small, opinionated products like this are how I test service design instincts outside enterprise politics.
