Reusable prototype review infrastructure

Shipped shared review chrome—comments, analytics, and access patterns—so prototype hosts stop reinventing stakeholder feedback every sprint.

Outcome

Teams embed a common review layer instead of one-off feedback hacks; review quality becomes consistent across products.

Prototype reviews fail when every host invents its own commenting, auth, and analytics story. Reviewers bounce; feedback never lands where builders look.

I helped shape a reusable review SDK: shell chrome, comment flows, and instrumentation that product teams can drop into Next.js prototypes.

The value is operational: faster critique cycles, clearer ownership of feedback, and a path from vibe-coded experiments to governed review.
